CONSTITUTION OF HARMONY HUB FOUNDATION FOR MENTAL HEALTH (HHF)

Preamble

We, the members of Harmony Hub Foundation for Mental Health (HHF), recognizing the critical need to address mental health issues, and inspired by the shared belief in the dignity, justice, and well-being of all individuals, hereby commit to the establishment of this Foundation. Guided by our vision, mission, and core values, we aim to supportindividuals and communities struggling with mental health and psychosocial challenges through advocacy, services, and programs that uphold justice, equality, and human rights.
HHF is committed to creating a safe haven for individuals experiencing depression, sadness, trauma, or other emotional challenges, offering them compassionate support and a pathway to healing.

Name, Motto, Logo, Location

Name

The name of the organization shall be Harmony Hub Foundation for Mental Health, abbreviated as HHF.

Motto/Slogan

Justice 4 All, Injustice 4 None.

Logo

The logo of the organization shall symbolize peace and well-being, colored white and green.

Article 3 : Objectives

HHF aims to bring solutions to life by addressing mental health challenges and serving humanity through the following objectives

Provide mental health and psychosocial support through counselling, therapy, and direct services.

Offer safe, supportive spaces for individuals to process their emotions and recover from trauma.

Raise awareness and advocate for mental health as a fundamental human right.

Conduct trauma-informed programs to address the specific needs of individuals with past or ongoing mental health challenges.

Collaborate with stakeholders to improve access to mental health resources and services.

Develop specialized workshops for mental health education, including stress management, resilience building, and coping strategies.

Provide targeted support services for victims of trafficking, including women and children, ensuring mental health and psychosocial care are central to their recovery.

Create partnerships with local and international mental health organizations to enhance the scope of support offered.

Establish a comprehensive referral system to connect individuals with necessary healthcare and social services.

Promote research and innovative practices in mental health interventions.

Article 7: Meetings

Organizational Structure

General Meetings

Held monthly to provide updates, resolve unsolved problems, and plan for the week ahead.

Board Meetings

The Board shall meet quarterly to review the progress of the organization. The Executive Director shall attend to report on project implementation, and the Program Coordinator shall serve as the meeting secretary.

Annual Conferences

An annual conference shall be held to review operations, financial statements, and other organizational matters. The Board Chairperson shall preside, and stakeholders may attend as observers.
